Sec. 9:9-12

• It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a garage sale within the City of Plainfield without first obtaining a permit from the City Clerk.
  
• No garage sale shall be permitted for more than three (3) days, which shall be consecutive.
  
• No person shall conduct more than two (2) garage sales in any one (1) calendar year. No premises shall be the subject of more than two (2) garage
• sales in any one (1) calendar year.
